I unfortunately was a patron of the Big Easy earlier today. My girlfriend and I were served RAW chicken tenders! They were uncooked except for the outer crust portion. When we brought to this to the attention of the waitress she didn't even seem surpised. She didn't even apologize. She simply took the platter away. When she returned with another platter minutes later the chicken was still RAW!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it. On top of the raw food, the customer service was equally appalling. We will NEVER visit this restauruant again. Lastly, the restaurant was literally empty when we arrived. Now I know why.....
Cons: Raw food!!! Horrific service!!!!!
