Right before Labor Day, I saw an ad from Royal Suite. I wanted to buy a guest bed and thought the price was reasonable. The ad (a full-page ad in the Daily News) offered free delivery, free bedframe and free set-up and removal of the old mattress.
Pros: Good Variety, Clean Store
Cons: Didn't Honor Advertised Deal, Didn't Handle Situation Well
