VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MISLEADING STAFF 9/13/2007

Right from the start it was horrible. I was told you receive a certificate and an ID card, which it's be three months and I still have not received my card. I showed up three times to pickup my certificate and they still did not have it. I had to go back a fourth time but still no card. Now they have changed their story and just keep handing me junk. Don't take this class! It's a waste of money and time. You can learn this stuff on your own just as fast. By the way, it looks like the five star review was posted the person who answers the phone, Jennifer Lynn. As you can see, the rest of the comments are no good! Pros: No pros, sorry! Cons: Very unprofessional staff anf environment! more
