Elle happily gives up her own time to work around your schedule and gives the star treatment. I've been to so many nail salons...from Elizabeth Arden to Happy Nails. The product and service you will get at Fingertips rivals top end salons while the price rivals low end salons! Where else can you get top products at a competitive price?!?!
