My experience has been excellent. I moved to this part of town a couple years ago and Dr. Dorn was highly recommended by staff in multiple pet stores, particularly for avian care. While this office does appear quite busy, I've never had difficulty reaching them and have always been able to get timely appointments when I've suspected my pets were ill. In fact, I was once offered an appointment ""as soon as I could get there"" which would have been about 9 p.m., after normal office hours. I've also found them to be reasonably priced compared to other local vet offices.
