Stopped by with no reservation on a Sunday night. We were dressed way too casual for this place (shorts and flip flops) so we asked to sit out front which they gladly allowed. It was a really nice night. Service out front was a little slow and I found myself constantly searching for the waiter, but when he was around his service was excellent. The table top was filthy and I would not let the silverware touch it. We started with a Caesar salad for two which was good, but unimpressive. I feel like I've had better Caesars at a chain like Carrabba's. I had a pasta dish with a pesto sauce which was good, but with so much sauce I felt like I was eating soup towards the bottom of the bowl. My companion had the fettuccine with meat sauce which was good even if it reminded me of Chef Boyardee. The food tasted good and was definitely fresh, but when I saw the $50 check for our meal I realized I would not be back. Considering we had two salads and a bowl of pasta and water to drink, I can hardly justify $25 each.
