I run a small business outside of Salem. We had a total crash on our bookkeeping computer, and it was right before tax time!!! KFE was able to recover the data from our failed hard drive with their data recovery service. The owner was with me all the way, he kept me very informed of the costs and likely-hoods of retrieving the data from a broken hard drive and worked with me whenever I had trouble understanding what was going on. The sales and service staff were all very polite and understanding. I would recommend them to any small business for any computer related issues. They really are Life Savers!
