I love Greek food and have been to many Greek restaurants in Twin Cities, but Santorini was definitely a disappointment. First of all, me and my partner were seated right next to the place where all waiters/cleaners were disposing of dirty dishes and leftovers (nothing better than loud clinging and scraping of plates to perk up your appetite). I guess the first glance at the menu should have alarmed me to the impending disaster: the special of the night was Filet Minon with mashed potatoes and Italian Salad. Sounds very greek to me, no? We were brought a basket of bread - white bread, instead of tarditional pita bread. We ordered some wine (please note, that there are 2 red and 2 white Greek wines on the menu of about 30 wines), and had to wait for about 20 minutes before getting it (it was 9.30 pm, and half of the tables were empty, which left me wondering to whihc store our waiter had to run to get the wine). It was not particularly delicious to discover several pieces of ice in my glass of red wine.
Pros: Hmmm.....
Cons: Not Greek, expensive, way too suburban-feeling
