We ordered a cake and it turned out COMPLETELY wrong. Looked nothing like what we ordered. Cinderella cakes admitted it was wrong but had taken our money before bringing out the cake. Never offered to refund any part of our money nor did they offer any apology. Customer service was terrible & we will never order a cake there again. I could have bought a better decorated cake at Costco-- no joke.
