My husband & I purchased two vehicles a Sonata &Tucson the same day with we two trade-in's. The Sonata has had a whining transm. which they say is normal & all models have it, condensation in one headlamp the first week, a rattle noise under the car the first 12 months with no resolution. The Tucson we discovered from Atlanta corp. the A/C unit was replaced at 12 miles. Within the 1st week the air went out and since then it's been in the shop for repair/replac. of many parts 4 times. In the past 2 months the complete dash was pulled out to repl. the entire A/C unit only to get the car back & with the dash barely hanging, screws missing & some laying around the car interior, the A/C quit again, the dash had damage from being removed & reinstalled, grease all over the interior, & the worst was the condensation tube was not reinstalled right causing the interior to completely flood. OH! The smell! Corp. is now involved (Atlanta) and they are mad. Did I mention the day of purchase we had a 5 month old baby, arrived at the dealership at 4:30pm, they jerked us around on price which took them until 11:00pm that night to get us out of the dealership? The third week we had the vehicle we found chicken bones under one of the seats, this was the vehicle the G.M. was driving. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OR YOU WILL BE TAKEN IN SO MANY WAYS!!!! They have had at least four service managers since we have had the cars (the last one was fired just a month ago (nice person too) He must have known too much, and there have been several general managers. High employee overturn and lots of secrets just to make a buck. If you do business with them expect the finance department to call you months after your purchase and harass you for more documentation even I went in with everything they would possibly need, prepare to have your trade-in payoff to be very late from the dealership and they changed our interest rate twice in the first month. BEWARE!
