Fenouil has fantastic service and great food. Rarely does any restaurant meet my expectations. Have the scallops and the escargot, down them with some white burgundy. Save room for dessert they have a banging creme brulee.
Pros: scallops, waiters who care if you're happy
Cons: B&T's crowding it up on the weekends
