At least, that's how the management appear to behave in this place - they don't have a care in the world, especially towards the customers. We ate dinner - perhaps they were already tired of the place and wanted to go home; I hear they get busy at lunchtimes with the studio crowd. Service is spotty (seated in 2 minutes, ordered drinks in 5, got them in 20, got the replacements for the undrinkable ones in another 30). They don't seem to have figured out how to give the two or three servers an equal number of tables, although any server worth their salt should really be able to cope with four or five without having a complete meltdown. The food was pretty average, nothing at all stood out. Be careful ordering anything where you want to change the ingredients (no tomatoes in the chopped salad) because you'll get them anyway. Oh - and when you send the glasses of wine back because the bottle has been open for two days too long, check the bill at the end, because you'll still get charged for them. If you want to speak to the manager, forget it because he's got his cellphone glued to his ear, and doesn't acknowledge you when you arrive, and less so when you leave. It must be nice to have so little concern about the viablity of your business that you don't care a toss about your customers. Not going back.
