I'm a total perfectionist, and when my trainer recommended going to Valens Wellness for a free body fat test I knew I had to try it. Even though I'd been working out hard, I was shocked to find out that my body fat was near the high end of the "healthy" range. I always thought I knew how to eat healthy, but the doctors and dietitians at Valens have really taught me how to use nutrition the right way to get the best results from my workouts. Now after my first month on the program, my body fat has started to come down and I can finally see the muscles I've been working so hard to train. The program is easy to stick to and I like combining Valens food with healthy meals that the dietitians help me plan. I'm very happy and would recommend this to anyone.
