My family and I have been to this restaurants a couple of times before this past Sunday (8/12/07). The dinner that we had it was not too bad and the service was okay. Until that day, for some reasons the food was not too great that day. And we had a party of 15 people, so we spent almost $250 just for lunch. A few days later, I found out that they double charge my debit card. So, instead of $250 it was $500 deducted off my checking account.
I thought, well people made mistakes, so I called them to asked for a credit. The guy who happens to picked up the phone told me rudely to call them in one hour because they are busy! Wait a minute, so they are not too busy to charge my debit card twice but they are too busy to sort out the problem that they have created in the first place.
To me that is poor customer service. They could have turn the situation to a positive one but instead they just lost a customer!
And at this point, we are still in the process getting our money back.
