The Wynn had the worst customer service. The workers at Tryst were the worst. We paid 8,000$ to book to tables, so we expected to be treated like royalty. The person who picked up the tab at this table stepped outside to bring in a group of girls....he had trouble getting back in, until he bribed the bouncer with 100 bucks. My assumption is that they are jerks to people so they can bribe people who dont want to deal with the hassle. The Tryst workers are scumbags- the consist of hood-rats, uneducated kids who want to take advantage of others.....one of the bouncer had on an actual "pimp" costume- it was purple with pinstrips....very classy representation of the club? Yes, we did expect more respect from the party after dishing out so much money. If any managers happen to stumble across this comment- I hope you do an investigation on your workers- I will tell all of my friends and have my friends tell their friends to never give any more business to the Wynn or Tryst. I have had terrible experiences with customer service. I have not personally met anyone who has had a good experience at Tryst- with the money that we dish out for the tables- we deserve much more customer service and better treatment. I cant imagine how they treat people who dont buy table service- probably much crappier. Suggestions- Bellagio, Paris, Venetian has the best customer service on all levels- and it doesnt matter whether you are staying at their nicest suites or getting a cheap room from expedia. Pros: Good looking setup Cons: Hoodrat workers who mistreat people, to get bribes. Workers of corruption. more
