I love Frency's & I love Vanessa! As soon as you walk in the door, everyone is so friendly and fun. What a great atmosphere! As far as hair goes, in the time I have been going I haven't seen anyone walk out not loving their experience whether it be a complete transformation or just some upkeep. Vanessa is my girl and she does me good every time. I trust her completely with my hair and that is a BIG statement for me! She has great instincts and wants you to look your best.
