Would partly agree with the 1st review (they do have their assistants do a lot of cleaning and rather short dentist time), but overall the dentist visit was acceptable. However, the front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all regarding processing the payment. I had offered help initially regarding the insurance claim process but was told that they would follow up. A month later I receive a RUDE phone call telling me that I was not covered. I follow up with my insruance to find out that I am, and forward them again my same insurance information. Another month later after the insurance paid I follow up to see if they received the payment and all is in order. Instead of a thank you I get another very RUDE response.. I won't be going back because I don't need to be treated like that! \r
