I have had an extremely gratifying experience at Incredible Pets. I stopped by the store to look around, and I was amazed by the cleanliness of the environment, and the lack of pet store odor I typically notice in pet stores. As I was looking around the store I saw the most adorable puppy, a gorgeous Brussels griffon. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I had everything I would need for my new puppy. The manager was very sincere and explained all of the registration papers, microchip and vaccinations to me in a way that I could understand. The entire experience seemed custom fit for my needs. I would recommend Incredible Pets to anyone who loves animals.
