Wellsprings not authorized for special needs home study according to Hennepin County Social Workers 8/7/2007

Complaint filed with MN Attorney Generals Office, MN Board of Social Work and MN Licensing Board\r I'm waiting to hear a second responce from Wellspring. They stated that they didn't approve my home study because I was only interested in one child in Maine that was too special needs - not because I failed to meet the state requirements. Their claim of the child in Maine being the only one I was interested in was false and I let the Attorney General know. What I also found out from Hennepin County, is Wellspring is not authorized to provide a special needs home study and they will not accept home studies from them. So the real reason I didn't get my study, is they couldn't legally provide me one. So they knowingly took my money for a study and then tried to put the blame on me for not being able to get the study through them.\r \r Well - I have my home study now with Family Focus and am licensed as a Foster Care Provider as well for up to 2 special needs children.\r \r Will continue to wait to hear back from the Attorney General. They are doing further investigations.\r \r To read more, visit xusaf.blogspot dot com and Read More About Wellspring Adoption Agency Part 2 Cons: Social Worker Liz Keller has lied many times over through the home study, took money for a service they could not and did not provide more
