I shop there only when necessary. You can find things online much cheaper, but when you need it ""now"" they are the only place around to get certain things I need quickly, and believe me, I have looked and looked for alternate sources in the area. I get the same feeling as other posters, many times the woman behind the counter seems annoyed that I am there ""bothering her"" with questions about electronic or radio components. Forgive my ignorance here but, isn't that HER JOB???? No, sorry, but I don't know it all, I don't pretend to. But sometimes I might want an opinion on a product, or to see if there is a better product available than the one I intend to get, but I have learned not to ask anymore. I research it online before going, and get what's avaiiable.\r

I run a service business too, and my customers are my lifeblood. Without them, I would have nothing. I could never treat my customers the way she treats hers and still be in business. The gentleman that is there is always helpful and willing to answer questions, but unfortunatly he is not there often. Too bad too, as it is a well-stocked store that has such teriffic potential, and being the only one like it in the area that I can find, it could be a gold mine if their attitude towards customers wasn't such a turn-off and their prices so high. As I said, I generally order most things online at much cheaper prices if I have the 2 - 3 days to wait for delivery.\r

The only other problem is that the store is closed on Wednesdays. Murphy's Law dictates that problems that require parts that are easily available from them will more than likely occur on Wednesdays. I can't tell you the number of times I have left a customers business, driven to the store, and got there only to find it closed and suddenly remember that they are closed on Wednesdays. Arrrrrgh!
Pros: Great Selection - Good Location
Cons: Attitude Towards Customers - Prices - Store hours
