Miguel was at my door on time, explained and demostrated his cleaning process and then got to work. The carpets looked great when they were done and they smelled clean too! I highly recommend you also purchase the cleaning agent they use as you will have the opportunity to do so. We used it on our very expensive hand knitted wool rug and it worked wonderfully!
