They did a really good job explaining the reason to dryclean our carpet in stead of steam cleaning it. The reasoning seemed to make a lot of sense. They were very good at explaining what they would do and how long it would take. The guy who came to do the work was extremely professional and very thorough. We will definitely use them again!!
