I was very impressed with how clean the rugs are. Since the process was completely dry, I feel like the carpets will stay cleaner longer that a steam method. I feel like the home is sanitized more that just washing would have done. The price was affordable (although a little more than steam), but the results are better and a fair price for the work involved. The staff was great, hardworking & knowledgable in handling all of my questions. Elmer & Gabriel provided excellent service to me.\r
