It was my first time using Germantown cab and I was so impressed with the service. From the beginning everything was above satisfactory. The operator was pleasant and very patient when I told her my pick-up address. Within 10 minutes my cab arrived and the driver was very nice and avoided traffic buy taking short cuts. I got to my destination on time. This was a great experience!!!
