Unfortunately, I had a less than positive experience with Zoe and will not shop there again. I returned an unopened gift and was given a store credit. At the time, I was told it would not expire and would be kept on file at the store. Regrettably, I did not get this in writing. Months later, when I tried to use my store credit, I was told that it did indeed expire. Both the store manager and owner refused to honor our previous verbal agreement. The owner told me my behavior was like leaving ?money in the street?. In the future, I will ask for a written agreement. I like shopping at small mom-and-pop stores because they have a personal touch that revolves around superior customer service. Unfortunately, Zoe did not live up to this expectation. I have no desire to patronize a store that does not value customer service or honor commitments. Therefore, in the future, I will purchase my cosmetics from Sephora and Neiman Marcus. more
