This review comes in praise of NorthStar's crew, who moved a partial load of household goods for us on August 14, 2007. These men were prompt, courteous, and careful, and they were remarkably efficient. Our load included a piano which had to be moved up into the second-floor living area of our home--NorthStar's team planned carefully and executed the lift with remarkable strength and care. We have just now completed unpacking, and we have detected no damage to any of our goods! We completed the first phase of this move a few weeks ago, with another mover. That move was with an undersize truck and inadequate provisioning, and it cost nearly double the estimate. This previous disastrous experience helped us to appreciate the quality of the service we received from NorthStar. We will recommend NorthStar to our friends and neighbors.
