Wow, my wife and I just ate at Fukada. How the heck did this place go under my radar for 5 years is unbeknown to me. As soo as we walked in I was awwww struck at the simple decor and felt like I was home in Japan again. The mostly asian clientele is a good sign that this place is going to be authentic and it is. They have everything from sushi to udon and it's good. Real good. Although the sushi rolls were a tad bit eh. I would skip the sushi and go right into some soba or udon noodle soup. The tuna tataki in an onion pepper sauce was to die for. Loved it. I also saw an ahi salad and I can tell you it looked great but didn't try it. I'm sure it was good. Great saki list, simple asian beer list and soft drinks. No hard liquor here. Kid friendly and the service, holy tables batman! I didn't have to wait for a thing and they were busy. There was a wait and we still got right in. Chef Fukada is very nice and does an excellent job with the cuisine. This place is a must try! Excellent. Domo\r

Pros: Amazing Service, Food, Authentic Japanese Cuisine and I mean authentic!
Cons: Not one thing although it would have been nice to have some music playing. But we couldn't complain about a thing
