I needed J&J's services when my daughter locked my rental car keys in the trunk of my rental car on my recent trip to Pittsfield. Called Todd on a Saturday night and he came right over. Unfortunately, after trying every way possible to get the trunk open, Todd had to drill out the lock. \r
