This was the worst experience we had with a contractor. He did not show up for appointments that he set up with us and with the inspector (3 times!). The job was not done in a timely manner...2 months later we are asking him to still come back and finish the job. He never brought his own equipment...he was always using all of our ladders, paint, drill, drop cloths. I found him completely unproffessional and the work he did not make up for it!
Pros: none!
Cons: unreliable, not organized, does not use his own equipment, not trust worthy
