I have eaten at a number of Ruhts Chris restaurants and the food/menu is nearly identical. We always get the Fillet (sometimes we share the large one). Order the Bearnaise sauce for your steak. We love the broiled tomatoes, spinach, among other sides. The lettuce wedge and lobster bisque are great too. The service is always great and I have never felt ""looked down"" on by the staff because we sometimes share the steak or salad. \r

Of course the steak comes out piping hot and is so tender - where do they get their meat? While I would not call it a ""kids"" restaurant, my teenagers love the food as well. It is their first choice for celebrating good grades or Mom's birthday. It's great for just me and the wife too. Though everything is ala carte, the sides are meant to share. If you are not a ""drinker"" my wife and I have gotten out of their for less than $60 by sharing the large fillet (which they split in the kitchen).\r
