After seeing so many good reviews and ""don't miss it"" advice we couldn't wait to visit this restaurant. Driving into the parking lot we were excited that this was going to be fun. We were greeted at the door by hostesses who told us it would be a 20 minute wait either upstairs in the bar or near by. We chose not to take the grand daughters to the bar to wait so we waited nearby. The hostesses were not smiling or fun as we expected. We were seated by our waitress who was very matter of fact and no fun either. The decor was possibly the most kooky I have seen in my 60 years. It was antique junk under glass and creepy clowns. No bubbles at all. My 8 year old grand daughter said she was creeped out. The food was mediocre and the much touted dessert, the huge cakes, were okay but not any better than we can make at home. The chocolate one was dry. The tropical cake was so-so but pretty. For $7.50 we expected more I guess. No refills on cokes so we ordered water after finishing the small bottle of coke. All in all, it was a big let down.
