This is one wretched little joint, where they are no doubt only trying to extract what they can until the place falls apart and then they will collect their insurance money and sell the land I am sure. The management is full of snakes and the place is an absolute dump.\r

It seems like maybe rent is low, but they charge you some strange extras. You can guarentee they will not give you much of your security deposit back either, which while not a lot, is enough. \r

All I can say is stay away and don't be fooled by 100 less per month, because they will get it back. Go stay some place nice, cleaner, safer and with better people working there.\r

The place is probably 25 or 30 years old and the ammenities in the apartment have not been changed since (AC, appliances, cabinets). We lived with little things crawling around the entire time and the AC and insulation is so bad, our little 600 sq. ft apt. ran us more in electricity per month than my prior 2400 sq. ft. 2 story home. Don't for a second think you are gettting a good deal here, I promise.
Pros: Location, near medical center and rice
Cons: management, appearance, overall cost, safety
