I took Kratai's classes for over 3 years and I was in the best shape I have ever been. Her intense classes helped shape my body; made it stronger, tighter and leaner. It helped me loose the last few pounds I had struggled to loose on my own. The atmosphere is very energetic, positive and higly motivating. She is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend her classes!
