I've trained with Kratai for over 5 years and I have never found a better personal trainer. Her level of professionalism and knowledge about nutrition and exercise are the absolute best - bar none! She works with you on fitness, nutrition, education, and teaches you how to be good to your body. Those fast-food, meat locker gyms with cardboard personal trainers and outrageous fees that don't really work with you one-on-one to meet your personal goals be damned! If you want a tough workout with a trainer that cares about your interpersonal needs and desires, then run, don't walk, to this studio.\r
