Where's our green areas! Talk about dirt and dust. Whoever thought this one up was a loon! Just dirt and rocks everywhere. Just try to get the lead manager at Quantum (Scott) to spend a little bit of money in the summer time thus keeping the grounds hydrated and keeping the dust down. And break ins! Not just cars, apartments, too. And Troutdale police just do not care. As for management, they do their best with what they are given to work with. Maintainence is great, but, greatly overworked and underpaid. There currently is no contracted grounds maintainence and so the two maintainence guys are having to do that, too, besides their regular duties. And, as I said, so far as I know, they are not compensated for the extra work.
