I recently decided that a manufactured home was the way to go. I had a lot of questions and was amazed by how knowledgeable the team at Craftsman Homes were. I spoke with Shawnee, what a great guy! He explained all about the energy zones, foundations, garages, how the homes are made, and why they such a great way to go. After looking at the homes on their lot, I was definitely impressed. I really liked the Silver Crest lot model it was 2600 sq. ft., but I decided to go with a WC-10 because it had a covered porch and was a little smaller (2000 sq. ft.) which made my husband happier. Now I didn't just go in and say here's the house I want, I had a good idea of how much I could spend a month and what was important to me in a home. Shawnee helped me find a contractor and a lender to get me started on the road to a new home. I had already purchased some land near Round Mountain and was quite excited. I think the most exciting part was picking out the interior colors, flooring, tile, cabinetry, appliances, and so much more!!! I pretty much got to design my own home! I moved into my home 4 months after staring the whole process. I am so very HAPPY with my home! Shawnee helped me each step of the way and always returned my phone calls. He made buying this home a pleasure Thank You! I recommend a stop at Craftsman Homes before you decide on a new home. They have top of the line homes and great people!
