My garage door broke as I was about to leave town. It was imperative to get it fixed because my house sitters are disabled and the only way into my house without steps is through the garage. The technician told me he could replace the door that day, that I would be charged half up front and half when the work was complete and that he would install an insulated door for $1200 (not including hauling away my old door). I gave him my credit card info and left him to do the work. When I returned four days later, the garage door was not finished and could not be opened. I called to find out when it would be fixed and was promised it would be completed in the next couple of days. A week went by and still no technician. When I called back, he did not answer his phone. When I called the company, they said they'd fired him because he was shifty. Well, to make a long story shorter, it took them over a month of delays to finally get the missing part. They charged my credit card for the entire amount up front. When I confronted them about their bad business practices, they refused to take their non-functioning door back. I ended up having another company take the non-functioning precision door down and install a new one. I had to contact my credit card company and the attorney general's office to get my money back. I would NEVER EVER CALL such a DISREPUTABLE company for any reason. Steer clear of these guys.
