My husband and I visited Uncle Gio's on a Friday night and only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. However, we then had to wait about 40 minutes to get our food. And it wasn't that great. Our server said they have 5 cooks in the kitchen, and they make everything fresh. I say hire a few more cooks and prepare some things in advance...it would've tasted the same, in my opinion.
Pros: Convenient location, nice interior
Cons: Not a lot of waiting room, long wait on food
