FIRST OF ALL SHE IS NOT A LAWYER. A JURIS DOCTOR or JD is just a degree that you receive for studying general law after receiving your undergrad. She willfully coaxed a friend of mine to not extend his visa since he was already going to be sponsored by his company for a work visa. She did this so that he would eventually not have status and be stuck with nothing to do except continue to pay Evelyn fees in hopes of her helping in obtaining a greencard. Certain paperwork of his needed to be filed by April 30, 2001, but he didn't file it until September 2001. She continued collecting fees and now it's 2007. I just got off the phone with her and she admitted that there is no way for him to get a greencard or work permit now. She screwed up my friend's chances!!
Cons: Evelyn avoids conversations with clients after contract is signed, staff is not knowledgable, she misleads you!!! EVERYTHING!!
