Please do not use these people for services, once you become a client - they dont return phone calls and everything you ask is charged - you need prep before the interview - you will be charged, the attorney comes with you - you will be charged - even if the paralegal attorney whatever the person coming with you, doesnt say a word on your behalf. They are just in it for the money and no customer service absolutely. If you are down or depressed that they've been taking extra money from your account - all they will say is ""no use putting a sad face, i cant do anything, what is charged is done."" This is after they give you a statement saying everything is paid. (to get a statement you might have to call abt 6 times) If you are rich enough to go for a law suit, its good. but for people who live pay check to pay check - its a bad decision using them for your needs. Another finance charge today after paying everything and saying your paid in full. Do not give credit card numbers to these people.
