They took my wedding photos. I was to have some posed and some photo-journalistic images. Before my event, during my meeting with them, I presented to them a list of specific family pictures I wanted taken. They told me,""We don't work from lists; we are professionals."" as if I insulted them. Of course when they event was finished, they left out some important family pictures. There was no picture of the bride alone with her family; no picture of the bride with the getleman of honor; and they entirely missed one table of the groom's first cousins. They said that if we gave them our own photos, they would include them in the album. So we did. Those pictures stand out obviously as poor quality and ruin the album. Maybe they should be more professional and work from lists. The other pictures, the ones they actually took, were good quality.
