I went into Toms thinking I would be able to enjoy a good, inexpensive burger in a low key local pub type place. Instead I got a concession stand quality burger (for $8) with overcooked frozen fries. Not to mention the waitress who appeared to be on something. She kept wiping her nose with her hand, talking really loud, fast and constantly about nothing and made me feel nervous because she wouldn?t stop fidgeting. I have no idea how management didn?t notice. Toms Tavern is the worst place all around I have been in Boulder. You?re better off at BJ?s or Old Chicago.
