The office staff at Parliament Enterprises is disgusting. They are rude, disrespectful, and helpful once they have finished degrading you. They misplace papers and fail to complete contracts correctly. In my mind, they are unprofessional and incompetent. In a customer-oriented marketplace that appreciates courtesy and organization, this company fails miserably. Perhaps the office staff is a reflection of the owners of the company. If you look on Chicago website for the agency that monitors businesses and business practices, you will find the owner's name and telephone number to lodge further complaints.
