I was told they do not take appointments to install equipment so if I bring it in first thing in the morning it would be one of the first out. So we had the vehicle there right at 8 AM when they open. I figured it would take maybe 6 hours at the most to install a new system, including an amp and a car alarm. Nope, by 3 PM I called them, they said still working on it, we will call you when ready. Ok, to really do a job right, it takes time. They close at 7 PM, the were ready and called me at 6:30 PM. 10 1/2 hours seems like a long time to install, but only have to do this once right? He turns on the sound, major disappointment, but I figure needs to be adjusted to my liking. I go to back out and notice my shifter indicator on the column is messed up. In park it shows reverse. I call them back out to look at it. Said bring it in tomorrow at noon and we will take care of it, it is just an adjustment. The next morning I checked it out. They broke the cable adjuster under the dash. I fixed it with some plastic wire ties to hold it in place. I did not want them back under my dash doing more damage. more
