Skate-Depot use to be the place that was exciting to be at it was a nice facility, the people were nice but now at my last visit which had been the first in a while the staff was very rude and made bias gestures. I felt very uncomfortable and the place looked horrible in comparison to what it use to look like. The style was geared to the youth but yet they push for a older crowd. The skates look like the same ones they used 10 years ago and frankly i felt as it the dreams were over. Sad but true I didn't feel as safe as the website had stated. I was very disappointed. Also the staff failed to recognize me for correct service instead I was addressed to in a loud tone and quick snaps with laughter amongst them. Good luck to those who try to be treated the right way customer service is suppose to be provided.
