They were scheduled to pick up my boxes at 6pm and they needed to be delivered before 7pm. They show up at 10 mins to 7 without a dolly because they weren't informed that I had boxes (even though I had explained to them that I had 2 large boxes). Needless to say the boxes did not get delivered and it was extremely detrimental to our business. They are rude, disorganized and incompetent. If you care about your business and about your packages getting where they need to be on time then use someone else.
