I need repairs on my business dress shoes about every months - my heels need replacing. This is a very standard level of repair. This business repaired my shoes, but within 1 day I found the quality to be so poor, that my heel started separating from the shoe. The quality of the nails was apparently so cheap, that they snapped in two. I'm glad it happened in my office, and not while walking on the street.
