Service is a big part of dining out and Steelhead delivers; from reception, to bartenders and wait staff. However, the direction and execution of the seafood (halibut and salmon) is overdone. I woulnd't consider it truly Northwest! Perhaps too much international or southern influence. Stylish? Absolutely; but missed it's mark for being in a prime Pike Place Market location.
