After relocating from Colorado it was a challenge finding a Mexican Restaurant that prepared food in the way I had grown accustomed to. Fiesta Maya is absolutely amazing. The restaurant is always busy and yet my wife and I have never had to wait for a seat.
Pros: Outstanding food quality and preparation. Awesome Service!
Cons: It would be great if they offered Posole and Menudo for those of us that appreciate that cuisine.
