The local Kansas City salesman did not show up when promised and when he did come he did not act very professional. We were VERY dissatisfied with the service. The work site was left with screws & bolts in the play area. I had to go back and tighten many of the bolts as they were loose. We had to clean it up before the children could play on the recreation set.
